Vancouver’s Top Chefs Converge on NYC To Celebrate “Daniel”

Together with colleagues Vikram Vij, THomas Haas, and Hidekazu Tojo, Pino traveled to New York City to help his friend Daniel Boulud celebrate his signature restuarant’s 15th anniversary.

The four influential Vancouver chefs, an eclectic and energetic stew of Japanese, Italian, Indian and German humour, sensibility and cooking genius, were in town to show off their skills and claim Vancouver’s spot on the international map of haute cuisine, here at the invitation of renowned New York chef/restaurateur Daniel Boulud, and his new business partners David and Manjy Sidoo of Vancouver’s own acclaimed Lumiere restaurant.
